We keep working on it. Content updates are part of every plan: five a month on Essentials, unlimited on Growth and Scale. One update is one request, such as new text, new photos or a new section.
Yes. New pages are part of the service up to your plan’s limit: 10 on Essentials, 25 on Growth, unlimited on Scale. If you need more, you can move up a plan.
As much or as little as you like. Send us your own words and we’ll tidy them, optimise them for search and publish them, or we’ll write the whole post from scratch around your goals. That’s one a month on Essentials, two or three on Growth, and on Scale whatever your plan for the year needs.
On Essentials your site is set up properly for search from day one, with titles, descriptions, a sitemap and fast pages, and kept that way. On Growth we also work on your pages every month and manage your Google Business Profile. On Scale we plan the searches you want to be found for and report on them each month. Nobody can honestly promise rankings, and we don’t.
Essentials includes a small online shop, up to about 20 products, with secure card payments. Growth and Scale include a fully customised shop with as many products as you need, plus booking systems built into the site.
Move up whenever you like. We add the extra features to your existing site, with no downtime and no rebuild.
Yes, a short one: a minimum of 3 months. After that it runs month to month, and you can leave with 30 days’ notice. We usually register and manage your domain name for you as part of the plan, but it is yours. When you go, we transfer it to you and hand over your content and images, ready to move. If you want the site itself to move too, design and code included, we will quote you a price to buy it. Otherwise the design and the way the site is built stay ours. The details are in our terms.
You’ll have a working prototype of your home page within five working days. From there we refine it together, build the rest and launch on a date we agree.
