Does Your Website Get 5 Star Reviews?

Jul 17, 2017 -- Posted by : admin

Every business has a website these days (or should have!) but does your website hit the right note for your target audience? Its all too easy to have the ‘Homemade’ website to represent your business but its unlikely to be fit for purpose. Heres why:

Many online, DIY tools exist these days for creating your own business website but is it the right thing to do? At online Design, we create custom designed, hand coded websites in house that not only look the part but most importantly perform to a high standard on many fronts.

For example, your website should not only load in your visitors browser quickly, it should load on ALL browsers and ALL platforms – Window/Mac, not to mention it has to be mobile friendly. Is yours? Go check it, you might be surprised.

What about security? Is your site protected from hackers & viruses, are software patches applied when released, are those addons, scripts or plugins up to date? Is it backed up on daily basis? What about support if you need help? Your web building Nephew is a good lad, but he’s not going to be bothered about any problems you may have when he’s sat at MacDonalds with his new girlfriend!

We have clients who’s website take a lot of online orders on a daily basis and although no two websites are designed the same, we make sure all our clients websites PERFORM the same.

Not only should the website load fast on all devices, be easy to navigate it should be easy to purchase from. Getting these things right within the right blend of design, is what makes a website work.

Getting this right is why one of our customers receives a good number of 5 star customer reviews on via TrustPilot that mention how good not only their products & service are, but also the website we at Online Design built. Here are just a few:

Excellent web site & very informative plus very helpful staff
I knew nothing about what type I required after a recent purchase of a static caravan. After speaking to a customer adviser they advised me immediately towards the correct product for this type of application. This arrived a few days later & was successfully fitted in minutes.”

“Great service – hope we don’t need to use it !
Good value for money, quick delivery. Easy to use website”

“Excellent Service, trouble free and well priced
We have used the shop for over two years now and find their website easy to follow, the service trouble free and very competitive prices.”

“Excellent speedy service
Easy to navigate website and place an order and delivery very quick and everything well packed.”

“No flies on them
Hey all, the guys are all on point, great website and really good to talk to on the phone, they all know their stuff, really friendly to talk and all the equipment I ordered was correct and here in a couple of days.”

“Prompt and efficient service.
It was easy to locate the item I wanted from the website and the order process was straight forward. Delivery was prompt and efficient with good information on order progress.”

“Everything as expected
Whole experience in just three steps:
1. Ordered,
2. Paid,
3. Stuff delivered.

As you can see from the above, our client gets great reviews (all are genuine, unedited and can be verified on TrustPilot) about their products and service but often we get a ‘sideways’ 5 star review too!

We particularly like the last one which to us, says it all. Ordering from your website should be as simple as ONE, TWO THREEE!

If your site isn’t getting good reviews – directly or otherwise, maybe you want to ask yourself why or better still, get in touch with Online Design and we’ll tell you why…. and help you so it does.
