Online Design (UK) is the creation of Kevin Clarke and was born out of need - back in the late nineties - and due mainly to the lack of professional designers and good honest, down to earth advice.

 

Kevin set about designing and building his partner's company web site, falling into all the pitfalls along the way! It was a long and difficult task as back then, web authoring software was in it’s infancy and far from reliable.

 

There were no blogs, forums or Google to help us! But from those early and difficult beginnings we managed to ‘bundle’ together our first site. From that first design, a second soon followed in an effort to 'upgrade' the business. Rather unexpectedly, we were soon being asked to create sites for friends & collegues.

 

It became obvious that there was a market for good, honest, value for money custom web design, so, with offers of work pouring in, Online Design was born and we have not looked back since.

 

Now in 2012 , the business continues to grow and top designers and programmers have been engaged to work with us on projects that offer everything from the simple shop window to full bespoke e-commerce solutions. Our client list ranges from the small one man businesses to the NHS. Not only that, our clients are spread far and wide - no longer is geographical location a factor in todays business world.

 

Early 2007 saw us move into purpose built offices in the heart of Derby City Centre and built our team to 4 others: Kirstie, Kel, Michael & John allowing us to offer professional web design to an even bigger, wider audience.
